Sales/Customer Service: Caribbean Credit Bureau Ltd. (CCBL) in its ongoing drive to offer its credit management services throughout the CSME is seeking to recruit a customer-focused individual for its operations. The challenge in this high-pressured quota and sales driven environment is to realize the business peculiarities of each client’s credit management demands:

The Role:

  • Report to the CEO
  • Ensure superior customer service
  • Assist in training & expansion of customer base and introduce new customer services
  • Execute viable marketing initiatives
  • Qualifications:

    The successful individual holds a pivotal position in our Organization. The individual should be:

  • Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results driven and able to work without supervision involving meeting goals by deadline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet resource application
  • Knowledgeable about the Antigua Credit and Risk Management environment
  • Able to create a highly visible presence in the business community
  • Individuals with three (3) years or more credit management and/or finance experience would be especially strong candidates. Also, possession of a driver’s license would be an asset.
